This product is ok, the stitching is really good but, when I put the weights on it and start to use it the font part comes down over my eyes, and I cant see but, I put it on the back of my head and somewhow manage to use it but, it won't stay on my forehead like its suppose ot becasue its alittle bit big but, I still use it and does its job diffently. all in all not a bad buy but just doesnt fit like its suppose to. -- really strong stiching

I cant understand why this got such good reviews. I think they designed this for a sasquatchs, on the smallest adjustment its still too big and also the adjustment range is too small. They could have put more velcro so those with normal size heads can use it as designed. I have to use a thick towel to get my head to fit. -- For large heads

The harness is padded but it is not without its flaws which the others who reviewed the product did not point out.

There is no way to stabilize the weight on the chain so it does not move up and down the chain, therefore weights can "bounce" and the bouncing weight or slight jerky movement of the weight can strain your neck.

Side to side workout is not very stable.
There is NO adjustable top strap, ONLY a front adjustable strap so unless your head is humongous like the guy in the picture, it will fall to your face with relative ease and get in your eyes.

For simple front and back this is a workable item. -- Limited Uses

This harness is definitely more expensive than the others but after reading reviews about other ones that damage easily I know I made the right choice. This harness is very comfortable and very sturdy. I don't have a single complaint about it.

This product was a godsend for me. I injured my trapezius about eight years ago and suffered horrible re-injuries with pain that was downright depressing. It really hurt my heart to think the pain would never go away and then I was reading about how weak muscles are prone to injury and scar tissue that can be worked out so with that and a gut feeling I bought this. I have started off light 10-15 lbs. and my neck feels fantastic plus I like not having a pencil neck anymore. -- Get this one!
